As we enter a new dynamic, it's time to share some good news and significant developments from uggy, formerly known as ifeelgoods.

This article explores two major announcements: the launch of our new identity and a leveraged buyout that marks a key step in our growth trajectory.

uggy: A new name for a new era

We have unveiled our new name, uggy, which symbolizes the modernization and transformation our company has undergone in recent years. This new identity embodies our desire to bring together the expertise of several strong, specialized brands, each a leader in its own field, to offer a reinvented gift experience.

A family of brands

🛍️ Ma Carte Cadeau: The widest choice of gift cards for individuals.
🏆 ifeelgoods: B2B expertise for all e-reward programs.
🍽️ Restopolitan: The first benefits club dedicated to gastronomy.
📱 Gift.cool!: The first gift app to be used in all retail outlets.

A leveraged buyout to accelerate growth

We recently finalized a financial operation, managed by Transaction & Compagnie, welcoming Zencap to our capital while renewing our partnership with Eurazeo, our historic investor. This capital restructuring will enable us not only to strengthen our position in the European market, but also to accelerate our expansion.

Strategic benefits :

1️⃣ With the arrival of Dimitri Ducourtieux as Chairman and Olivier Guedj as Managing Director, we are consolidating our leadership and asserting our development ambitions.

2️⃣ This new structure makes us better able to navigate a competitive market and respond nimbly to our customers' needs with tailor-made solutions.

3️⃣ This strategic partnership is a crucial lever for our European deployment, the expansion of our solutions portfolio, and the strengthening of our teams.
